They are true professionals who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and genuine care made a significant difference in my experience, and I truly appreciate their efforts. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to Istanbul's iconic landmarks, and the dining options were exceptional, showcasing the best of Turkish and international cuisine. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Divan İstanbul Hotel, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The front desk and concierge team, especially Efe Bey, were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional, making my stay even more delightful. My room boasted a stunning sea view, adding to the overall ambiance. The hotel has been fully renovated, combining modern luxury with classic charm. Its prime location in İstanbul made it convenient for exploring the city's attractions. The hotel also features top-rated restaurants and a bar, offering guests a superb culinary experience. The diverse menu and exquisite flavors made dining a highlight of my stay. The spa and treatments were exceptional, offering a perfect escape for relaxation. A special touch that truly uplifted my spirits was the beautiful roses left in my room by the hotel staff every day. One tip: Don't forget to try their patisserie and taste Divan's famous Turkish delights. They are a must-try and add to the overall delightful experience. We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights in August Exquisite modern turkish style design! Very relaxing and cozy atmosphere in any location of the hotel! Feel like at home! Great location 5 min walk from the Taksim square and Istiklal and 15 min to Dolmabahce palace! The deluxe room in the 9th floor had great side view on Bosphorus and it had good size for 2 adults and 1 kid (accommodated on additional bed) Excellent service: starting from bell boys and ending the General Manager! Especially grateful to the concierge service Shafa and Berk, also Bulat and Muge. Wonderful breakfasts and restaurants! As a nice bonus for us was a kids menu in main restaurant with European and Turkish cuisine! We had great time in the hotel’s spa, comfortable and not crowded. Keep in mind that the swimming caps are required for the pool, and they are available on the spa reception to buy!
