Very welcoming staff since we entered the hotel it smells so nice all over the property room was very comfortable bathroom with shower and bathtub breakfast was delicious and the massage was also good the restaurant fine dining was very good and elegant we enjoyed the piano 🎹

The reception desk lady helped us for an early check-in. The hotel upgraded our room for free. The staff were friendly, professional and ready to help. Location was great and just 3 minutes walk to Taksim square. The room was spottless, big enough and comfortable. I liked the memory foam pillow a lot. The number of staff was sufficient so a staff was ready to help in a blink of an eye. Room service was so quick and acceptable.

The staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly, I faced a big trouble when a taxi driver withdrawn unexpectedly huge amount from my card , and I have communicated this to the hotel front desk team including the security manager, and all have dealt very professionally and coordinated immediately with local authorities until I got my money back in less than 2 hours , special thanks to Mr Yusuf security manager, Mr Sinan Front office Manager, receptionist Eda & Bartu, and Shafa the concierge agent , all of them are amazing , every time will visit Istanbul definitely this hotel is my first choice for what I have seen and experienced in everyday of my stay
