Staff is good, helpful and welcoming all the time The room was very nice and clean, and the spa is very nice but i advise to make the swimming pool more warm

The staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly, I faced a big trouble when a taxi driver withdrawn unexpectedly huge amount from my card , and I have communicated this to the hotel front desk team including the security manager, and all have dealt very professionally and coordinated immediately with local authorities until I got my money back in less than 2 hours , special thanks to Mr Yusuf security manager, Mr Sinan Front office Manager, receptionist Eda & Bartu, and Shafa the concierge agent , all of them are amazing , every time will visit Istanbul definitely this hotel is my first choice for what I have seen and experienced in everyday of my stay

They are true professionals who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and genuine care made a significant difference in my experience, and I truly appreciate their efforts. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to Istanbul's iconic landmarks, and the dining options were exceptional, showcasing the best of Turkish and international cuisine. Overall, my stay at Divan Hotel exceeded all expectations. Thank you to Nilgun Hanım, Berk Bey, Görkem Bey, and the entire team for making my trip so memorable.
